I like to add teak oil to the deck every September. The teak is old and dry and sucks up the oil readily. Helps a lot when the rainy months kick in and by late spring it is back to being grey again. I did it a month early this year as I expect to be out in some rain in the coming week. Checking this off of my to-do list.
